WELCOME to Gillie’s, located on the corner of Central Avenue and 24th Street in the Grand Central business district. A family owned business; we are entering our second year seeking to serve you the best ribs in town.

All of our meats (ribs, chicken, chopped pork and chopped beef), are smoked for hours to perfection. Turn any of them into a satisfying dinner with two sides and a cornbread muffin. Top that off with some sweet potato pie or cake for desert. Our meats, sides and sweet potato pie are cooked on the premises.
